Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at NetArt:
NetArt accepts all major Debit/Credit Cards.
VAT invoices are issued within 7 days from the date of posting the payment for the service. The exception in this case are SSL certificates, for which VAT invoices are issued up to 7 days from the moment of its configuration and issuance, or at the end of the month in which payment was made for a certificate that has not yet been approved (issued).
Issues regarding the dates of issuing VAT invoices are described in the regulations of individual services. Check the terms and conditions of services at https://www.netart.com/gb/regulations/ in the TERMS OF SERVICE (1) tab.
VAT invoices are sent by default in an electronic version, for self-printing, to the e-mail address provided in the Customer Panel as a contact one. It is also possible to receive a printed, paper version of the invoice.
10 days before the expiry of the service purchased at NetArt, a proforma is generated, which contains information about the required fee for extending it for the next subscription period. A notification about issuing a proforma invoice is sent to the contact e-mail address that has been entered for a given service in the Customer Panel.
Another reminder about expiring services is sent 4 days after issuing the proforma, i.e. 6 days before the end of the subscription period for services, also to the contact e-mail address from the Customer Panel.
When the validity period of the services held in NetArt is about to expire, appropriate notifications of this fact are sent to the contact e-mail address saved in the Customer Panel.
The current price list of services can be found on the main website, in the HELP CENTER tab, visible at the bottom of the page, after clicking the Pricing (1) link. It is also possible to go directly to the price lists by using the link https://www.netart.com/gb/pricing/.
After going to the website https://www.netart.com/gb/pricing/, a list of the types of services available at netart.com will be displayed, and after clicking on the appropriate type (2), detailed information on the price of a given service will appear.
