ESPA accepts major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
What is the return policy?
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to ESPA immediately so they can investigate. Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact their customer service team to request a returns authorization number. Without this number, it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer.
How long will it take to get a refund?
Your refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days and they will send you an email to let you know it’s on its way. If you do not receive your refund and it has been 10 working days since you received their email, then you will need to contact their Customer Service team through your account.
Are there any customs and import charges?
Any order placed for delivery outside of the UK could result in custom charges or import duties. The recipient of the parcel will need to pay any applicable charges prior to receiving their goods.
