What are the return and refund policy for Bitmore?
Bitmore‘s policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Postage costs will not be refunded.
What is your refund policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, Bitmore will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that this only applies to items purchased through their website.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds will be processed internally within 48 working hours upon their confirmation to you that they will issue a refund (excl Bank Holidays) and will be credited back to your original payment method. They use PayPal as the payment processor on their website, in some instances, PayPal can take anywhere between 10 - 30 days to process refunds.
What if my refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your exchange policy?
Bitmore only replace items if they are defective due to manufacturing errors or defects. Any items that have been damaged (whether accidental or through user misuse and not following the product guidelines) will not be exchanged.
