How long will Alternative Press take to deliver my order?
All orders shipping within the US will typically arrive anywhere from 10 to 14 business days. USPS shipping days are estimates and not guaranteed delivery time. International shipping times vary. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes that are not included in shipping fees.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the world, and working with small businesses to produce custom, limited quantities, they are no longer able to accept returns or exchanges of apparel.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled up until a shipping label is purchased. If you no longer wish to receive an item once an order has been dispatched to the shipping service, you must mark it “Return to Sender”, leave the package unopened, and take it to your local postal office. Refunds will be processed only when the package returns to the Alternative Press offices.
What if my package is missing?
Post offices can “deliver” a package up to 24 hours before it actually arrives on your doorstep. If 24 hours pass after your Delivery Confirmation and you do not have your package, contact your local post office with your tracking number. If they determine your package is missing, you must fill out a Missing Package Claim on the USPS website & forward a copy to store@altpress.com for replacement. **International Orders—If some time has passed since shipping, please contact both your local post office and customs office with your tracking number for delivery updates and arrangements. Many international depots do not update tracking information once it arrives overseas or across the border.
