Aldi Suisse Tours accepts VISA and Mastercard.
How will I get my reservation confirmation?
In addition to the reservation confirmation via screen or e-mail for online bookings, you will receive a detailed, written reservation confirmation of your booked services a few days after your booking. You will also find our ARVB enclosed. Your payment receipt(s) are also enclosed with this confirmation (unless you have chosen to pay by credit card). For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, the reservation confirmation and travel documents can only be sent by email. Please note that such bookings will only be accepted with an e-mail address.
What is the booking period?
On their travel folders you will always find the note "Bookable from ..... to ....." in the header. During this booking period, the offers can be booked from no later than 12:00 a.m. on the specified starting day until no later than 8:00 p.m. on the last day of the booking period. The offers on their internet platform are updated between 8 p.m. and midnight and online bookings are only possible to a limited extent or not at all. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I process payment for telephone or online bookings?
The following payment options are available. Please note that the travel documents can only be sent after full payment has been received.
Bookings made less than 24 days before the departure date are only possible with credit card payments, KLARNA instant transfer, or ALDI SUISSE TOURS vouchers.
What are the required documents to book a flight?
Up to approx. 7 days before departure you will receive your travel documents (hotel voucher, information, any flight tickets, etc.) after full payment has been received.
