When will my order be dispatched?

They strive to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed. You will receive a dispatch email to let you know when this has happened. Dispatch may be longer during busy periods. If you have paid for next day delivery your order will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3 pm Monday-Friday, and the next working day if ordered after 3 pm any day, or ordered on a Friday-Sunday. How do I return an item?

All orders will come with a delivery note which is also your returns form. To send an item back you will need to select a return reason code, and also tell them the reason for return. If you require a refund you only need to fill in this one side, if you require an exchange, please fill in the exchange information side of the form. There is a returns postage label attached to your form which can be peeled off and attached to your returns parcel. If you are within the UK mainland this label will include a Royal Mail FREE postage stamp so there is no charge to return. If you are outside of the UK mainland you can still use this address label, but you will need to cover the costs of the return postage. Please request a proof of postage receipt from the post office. If you have misplaced your form or you don't have one, please contact them.

How long does it take to get my refund?

If you use the free postage label provided please allow 7 working days for this to get back to them. They will then process the refund within 5 working days of receiving the return. This can take longer during busy periods.
