How do you select your materials and designs?
All of their hats are unique and made just for Storied Hats. Storied Hats don’t use any hats off the shelf from third-party vendors. Storied Hats’ve reviewed over 1,000 fabrics from all over the world from more than 10 suppliers. When evaluating materials - they look for quality, great colours, and eco-friendliness. Storied Hats also seek to find manufacturers that pay their workers a living wage.
What materials do you use to make your hats?
Storied Hats source as many sustainable materials as possible to create their hats. Each product page outlines the materials in the specific heat, but generally, they use organic and/or recycled cotton, linen, hemp, wool, and polyester.
What is the return or exchange policy?
For returns and exchanges, hats must be unworn (other than trying on) and with the tags intact. Please email them within 30 days of receiving the hat. Storied Hats’re not too uptight about that timeline, but please try to be close to 30 days.
