What are your shipping times?
The shipping times do vary. Products marked as “fast shipping” or “in stock” are shipped to the courier for delivery within 24 hours from Monday to Saturday. Once your product is shipped to the courier, delivery to your doorstep usually takes an extra 3-5 working days.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
As soon as SmartBuyGlasses ship your order they send you an email to let you know. It contains all the courier tracking details, so you can track your parcel right to your doorstep at any time of the day or night.

They also offer 2 years warranty on all their eyewear and 100 days to return your order in case you are not totally satisfied with the purchase.

What is your exchange policy?
EXCHANGE any product(s) from SmartBuyGlasses within 100 days of receiving your order. Exchange any product(s) in an unused condition and with the original packaging from SmartBuyGlasses. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, they gladly offer a 100 days Exchange, starting the day you receive your order. Please note that the following rules must apply for the product(s) that you would like to:
*The product(s) MUST be returned unused, with all the original packaging and with all the authenticity tags and manufacturer seals still attached.
*If you have purchased contact lenses, the lenses boxes must be unopened and in original condition.
*All returns are inspected on arrival and exchanges will NOT be issued if the product(s) are not in new and original condition.
*Please ensure that product(s) are returned to them via “signed for delivery” and a certificate of posting is obtained. They do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the exchange process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.
*When they-ship an exchanged product(s), the cost of re-shipping is an additional fee to be paid by the customer.
*The shipping charges of your original order are non-refundable.
*SPECIAL Exchanges Note: Do not return your product(s) without first contacting their customer service team. They will provide you with a specific exchange address. (Returns should not be sent to the shipping address listed on the parcel)
SPECIAL Contact Lenses Note: In the event that you receive defective contact lenses, please do not throw them away. Many manufacturers require the original defective lenses for analysis. If the lenses manufacturer agrees that the lenses are indeed defective, then a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Please note that defective lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same brand and type of contact lenses and prescription.
