What is your return method?
First, you need to log in to our site through the account used to create the order. If you have difficulty logging in you can take advantage of the password recovery tool. Once inside your account, simply go to “My orders” and select the closed order by clicking on the “Return this item” button. This will open the “Return Authorization Request Form” through which you can choose between replacing and crediting the amount spent. In both cases, you must specify the reason for the return and declare that you have read and accept the notes and general conditions of the return and return service for the products purchased. By sending the report, your return request will be “awaiting confirmation” until their staff authorizes it. Once the request has been confirmed, the return status will be “awaiting the package”. Only then can you go back to “My returns” and print the label to be applied on the package to be entrusted to the courier. I have received the damaged item. What do I do?
In the event that the product arrives damaged or malfunctioning, you must promptly report such malfunction after delivery to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or to the toll-free number 800 669 712. In the communication, you must indicate the name, surname, the order number, the malfunctioning product, and a telephone number. The Bluespirit team will contact you by phone and will inform you about the specifications for the replacement of the product and the possible availability of replacement products. They will plan together with the collection of the damaged product at your home or at your office. The return of the damaged product is charged to and under the responsibility of Bluespirit, both as regards shipping costs, that regarding the possibility of theft or damage during the same. Once the product has been received, subject to verification of originality and real malfunction, we will ship the replacement product or refund it in the shortest possible time.
