If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Kindly allow 7-10 business days for any refunds to be processed.
When will my order ship?
For domestic: All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This may be delayed due to stock levels, custom orders, or a high volume of orders.
For international: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the shipping confirmation email for your order to be delivered. Due to the current climate with Covid-19 and Brexit, they are noticing an increase in delivery times.
