What are the payment methods accepted?
Apero Label accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
How is delivery in sale periods?
Apero Label aims to process all orders within the stipulated dates/times, however during busy sale periods, orders may be subject to delay.
What is the returns policy?
Note that all items must be returned within 14 days of the original order receipt, and they must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached.
What is the Afterpay purchases policy?
* The Apero Label company policy does not support refunds with Afterpay purchases.
* All sales made through Afterpay are final, however, Apero Label are happy to offer exchanges or a store gift card valid for 6 months.
* Any returns received for Afterpay purchases requesting a refund will automatically be issued a store gift card to the value of the item/s (excluding any shipping costs).
* Afterpay is a separate entity and charge Apero Label a fixed percentage of each sale, which is not reimbursed with a change of mind purchases.
What is the steps for returning or exchange policy?
* Contact hello@aperolabel.com for an RA number before returning.
* Make sure the product is unworn and in its original condition with all tagging still attached.
* Fill out the return form and add to package (link below).
* Once an RA is received, please send back item/s to the address below and notify Apero Label of tracking.
* When they receive your return, they will process your refund or exchange/gift card and send you an email confirmation within 7 days (if the product is returned in acceptable condition).
